摘要
07MnNiCrMoVDR钢是一种调质型低合金高强度低温用钢。现已广泛应用于低温工作的容器、管道等结构中。本文通过对07MnNiCrMoVDR钢的可焊性进行分析,制定了钢板对接的焊接工艺,并在焊接过程中采取了质量控制措施,对厚度为38mm的钢板实施了对接。焊后对焊接接头进行力学性能试验,并得到了相应的力学性能参数和焊接是否满足使用要求的结论。
07MnNiCrMoVDR steel is used in high intensity and low temperature low-alloy that is quenching and tempering.Now that is widely used in vessels、steel pipe and so on.The paper analyzed the Weldability of Steel 07MnNiCrMoVDR,formulation of Butt-weld technology for Steel Plates,and Butt-weld Steel Plates for thickness of 38mm meanwhile adopted the quality controlling measures in process of weld.Then the Welded Joint was used in mechanical properties test,got the mechanical property parameters and the conclusion for that is to determine whether it will satisfy user's demands.
