Brief Analyses of Drug-induced Diseases

试用马克思主义哲学矛盾观和发展观分析药源性疾病,揭示药源性疾病的一般规律性。药物不良反应是与药物的治疗作用相互依存、对立统一的客观存在,人们对其认识具有鲜明的认识的阶段性和时代特征,是螺旋式上升,波浪式前进的。药源性疾病是药物不良反应的延伸和最终表现,虽然其诱发因素很多,临床表现多样化,但是可以采取科学防控措施将其发生率减少到最低,危害程度达到最小化。

Try to analysis and disclose the general regularities of drug--induced diseases through contradictory concept and development concept of Marxist philosophy. The drug--induced diseases are exactly existed in the interdependency and u nity of opposites between the adverse effects and therapeutic actions, and are recognized by human in a periodical feature and epochal character, which move forward as ocean waves and grow in an upward spiral. Although having lots of inducing factors and various clinical manifestations, the drug--induced diseases, which can be reduced to lowest incidence and mini- mized the damage degxee through scientific prevention and control measures, are extension and endpoint of drug adverse effects.
