功能性鼻整形手术治疗外伤后早期歪鼻畸形的初步临床研究

Preliminary clinical study on functional rhinoplasty for early post-traumatic crooked nose

目的探讨外伤后早期行歪鼻-鼻中隔偏曲的手术矫治方法,提高其临床治疗效果。方法分析8例外伤性歪鼻-鼻中隔偏曲患者手术的临床资料,对鼻外伤后10～21天的患者进行闭合性鼻骨复位及鼻中隔矫正术或经鼻外径路行开放性鼻骨复位术及鼻中隔矫正术。结果所有患者外鼻畸形矫正,鼻外形恢复良好,鼻腔通气功能明显改善,未见明显并发症发生。结论外伤性歪鼻-鼻中隔偏曲患者在伤后早期可行功能性鼻整形手术,并取得较满意的效果。

Objective To investigate the early stage of post-traumatic deviated nose-deviated septum treatment meth- ods and improve their clinical outcomes. Methods Analyzed 8 cases of traumatic deviated nose-nasal septum devia- tion surgery with clinical data. Operation time is 10 to 21 days after injury. These patients were done with closed septo-rhinoplasty or external approach septo-rhinoplasty. Results Nasal shape of all patient were a good recovery, nasal ventilation function improved significantly. Conclusion Deviated nose-nasal septum deviation can be simulta- neously done in the early stage after traumatic, the surgery can achieve more satisfactory results.
