摘要 类白血病样反应（leukemoid reaction，LKR）是指在外周血白细胞数增多的同时，伴一种或多种幼稚细胞出现为主要特征的类似白血病的反应。新生儿类白血病样反应通常表现为外周血中的白细胞显著增多，
