丁二烯螺杆压缩机防爆、防聚技术研究

摘要 为满足丁二烯螺杆压缩机的防爆、防聚要求,制定了相应的技术方案,采用两级干式压缩,改良密封形式和工艺流程,并着重注意温度的控制。正式投用结果表明,该机组在满足实际工艺流程要求的同时,解决了丁二烯螺杆压缩机防爆、防聚的问题。 In order to satisfy the anti-explosion and anti-polymerization requirement of process screw compressor for butadiene plant, the special design was made, which used two stages of dry compressors, improved shaft seals and modified the process design. In addition ,it should pay much attention to the temperature control. The commissioning test results indicate that the unit can meet the process requirement. Moreover, the anti-explosion and antl-polymerization problems are solved well.
