降糖类中成药中非法添加化学成分的测定

Determination of chemicals mixed illegally in anti-hypoglycemic Chinese patent medicine

通过超声-微波协同萃取仪预处理样品,建立了降糖类中成药中非法添加的盐酸二甲双胍、格列苯脲、格列吡嗪3种化学物质同时分离测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,以V(0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液)∶V(甲醇)为30∶70作流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为233 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。该方法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于大批量样品的快速鉴别。

In this paper, the HPLC method of separating and determining three kinds of chemical compounds, met- formin hydrochloride, glibenelamide and glipizide, which were mixed illegally in antidiabetic traditional Chinese medicine, was established after the pretreatment of sample by ultra sonic-microwave-assisted extractor. The details are shown as follows： ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column, mobile phase of 0. 1 mol/L sodiumydrogen phosphate buffer solution-methanol （30：70 of volume ratio） , 1 mL/min of flow rate,233 nm of detection wave length,30℃ of column temperature and 20 ILL of the volume of injection. The method is rapid, highly sensitive and reappearing consistently. Therefore, it is suitable for the rapid identification of the multitudinous samples.
