公安院校接受教育部本科教学合格评估的思考

Reflect on Public Security Colleges Accept the Undergraduate Teaching Qualified Assessment of Ministry of Education

中国高等教育经过改革开放三十多年的发展,取得明显成效,但其基础弱、底子薄、发展不均衡,整体水平还不高,而新建本科院校正承担着促进高等教育公平、实现高等教育机会均等、促进高等教育地方化、为地方经济发展服务的作用。新建本科院校的健康发展对中国高等教育体系的整体发展和完善起着至关重要的作用。本文就云南警官学院在教育部新一轮合格评估中的一些经验和做法,对公安院校接受本科教学工作合格评估提出思考。

Chinese higher education gains obvious achievement through more than thirty years development of the reform and open policy. However, the weak foundation and unbalanced development pull its level down. The newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities are responsible for improving the fairness and equal opportunity of higher education, promoting the higher education to become localization and serve the local economy better. The healthy progress of newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities plays a crucial role on the overall development and improvement of Chinese higher education. This article uses the experience and practice of Yunnan Police Officer Academy in the undergraduate teaching qualified assessment of Ministry of Education, proposes reflection on public security colleges accept the un- dergraduate teaching qualified assessment.
