云南省公安机关涉法涉诉信访问题的思考

Reflect on Law-Related and Lawsuit-Related Claims in Yunnan Provincial Police Work

公安信访工作是公安工作的重要组成部分。近年来,涉法涉诉信访问题总量居高不下,大量信访人常年流落在外,部分信访人员采取极端手段向行政机关施压,已经成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。鉴于云南公安信访工作实际问题,就目前云南省公安涉法涉诉信访案件呈现的特点,对形成这一局面的原因进行探析。

Reception for claims is an important constituent part of police work. In recent years, the total amount of law-related and lawsuit-related claims is high all the time. Lots of complainants wander far from their hometown year by year, and part of complainants take extreme measures to put pressure on administrative organs, all of these have become important factors to affect social stability. Considering the practical issues of reception for claims in Yunnan provincial police work, according to the characteristics which are presented on the cases of law- related and lawsuit-related claims in Yunnan provincial police work, this article analyzes the reasons that why this situation will be formed.
