七氟醚对脂多糖刺激的人单核巨噬细胞系细胞IL-1β水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨七氟醚对脂多糖刺激的人单核巨噬细胞系(THP-1)细胞白介素1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法脂多糖刺激THP-1细胞后,分别以1%、2%、4%的七氟醚处理,收集上清液,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测。结果与对照组比较,七氟醚组1%、2%、4%浓度处理脂多糖刺激的细胞后,相应上清液IL-1β的水平均未见明显变化,差异均无统计学意义(t分别=0.19、-1.55、-0.90、-1.87、0.06;0.34、-1.80、-0.13、0.94、1.08;0.95、-0.33、-1.02、1.49、-0.76,P均>0.05)。结论七氟醚不能降低脂多糖刺激的THP-1细胞的IL-1β水平。 Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane on the interleukin-l-beta (IL-1β) of human monocytic cell line THP-1 induced by lipopolysaccharide. Methods After human monocytic cell line THP-1 induced by lipopolysaccharide, 1%, 2%, 4% sevoflurane were added and supernatant was assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays (ELISA) for every group. Results Compared with the control group, the IL-1β level of 1%, 2%, 4% sevoflurane group had no significant differences (t=0.19, -1.55, -0.90, -1.87,0.06;0.34, -1.80, -0.13,0.94,1.08;0.95, -0.33, -1.02, 1.49,-0.76,P〉0.05). Conclusions Inhalation of sevoflurane in human monocytic cell line THP-1 induced by lipopolysaccharide could not decrease the IL-1βlevel.
