黄芩茎叶总黄酮对高脂血清刺激的平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用

Effect of total flavonoid from stems and leaves of scutellaria baicalensis controlling the proliferation of smooth muscle cells stimulated hyperlipidemia

目的 探讨黄芩茎叶总黄酮对大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的保护作用。方法 利用体外细胞培养技术 ,通过MTT测定、细胞计数等方法。结果 黄芩茎叶总黄酮可呈浓度依赖性地抑制平滑肌细胞的增殖并可显著抑制高脂血清对平滑肌细胞 (SMC)的促增殖作用。结论 黄芩茎叶总黄酮对动脉粥样硬化的防治可能具有一定的积极作用。

Objective To investigate the protective effect of total flavonoid from stems and leaves of scutellaria baicalensis on the cultured aortic smooth muscle cells of rat.Methods To observe the protecfive effecf of TF by measuring MTT metablism and cell nambers and cell culturing in vitro.Results The TF can inhibit the proliferation of SMC dose-dependently and the proliferation of SMC stimulated by hyperlipidemia significantly.Conclusion Our results suggest that the TF may have a significant effect on prevention and treatment of the atherosclerosis.
