摘要
针对压风机耗电量较大的问题,提出了一种压风机组优化控制方案,即通过建立压风机组调度模型实现恒压节能目标。该模型的优化控制原理:当管网压力变化时,通过对压风机组中每台压风机的状态进行恒压决策、节能决策、分配决策,使管网压力维持在规定的范围之内,即 0.58~0.65 MPa。测试结果验证了该模型的可行性。
In view of problem of higher electricity consumption of air compressor,the paper proposed an optimal control scheme of air compressor unit,namely building dispatching model of air compressor unit to realize goal of constant-pressure and energy-saving.Optimal control principle of the model is as follows: when pipe network pressure changes,making constant-pressure decision,energy-saving decision and distribution decision for situation of each air compressor in air compressor unit to maintain network pressure in 0.58-0.65 MPa.The test result validated feasibility of the model.
