总结了12例猪囊尾蚴病性视网膜脱离患者的护理经验。主要护理措施包括:在一般护理基础上,针对患者特殊的心理状态,重点加强围手术期的心理护理;向患者讲解该病的流行特点及相关健康教育知识。结果12例患者的心理状态明显改善,减轻了焦虑及恐慌等情绪,能较好地配合医务人员的治疗,术后12例患者视力恢复良好。

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 12 patients with retinal detachment secondary to ocular cysticercosis.The key points of nursing included giving routine nursing,emphasizing perioperative psychological care according to the patients＇ special mental states,and explaining epidemic characteristics of ocular cysticercosis and related health knowledge.As a result,the patients＇ psychological states were significantly improved,and their negative emotions such as anxiety and fear were reduced,and the patients could cooperate with medical staff better.After the operation,12 patients had good visual acuity.
