The current situation of the clinical competence examination in the self-taught higher education program

护理学是一门实践性很强的学科,护理学专业自学考试作为一种重要的继续教育形式,更加强调学科应用能力和职业适应能力。临床能力是护理工作者必需具备的基本能力,在护理学专业自学考试中应当加强对临床能力的考查。在明确临床能力内涵的基础上,结合护理学专业自学考试考生临床能力考查现状及存在问题,提出加强临床能力考查的对策,并以能力立意命题进行实践探索。

Nursing is both an academic discipline and a practical field.As an important continuing educational form,the self-taught higher education program of nursing major put more emphasis on the application ability and professional adaption ability.Clinical competence is the basic ability which nursing staff must possess.It should be strengthened examination of clinical competence in the self-taught higher education program.On the basis of making clear clinical ability intension,the authors analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the clinical competence examination in the self-taught higher education program,proposed the countermeasures of strengthening clinical competence examination,and carried out the practical exploration with the proposition of ability conception.
