重视引导,内在激励,鼓励创新——浅析妇产科教学中激励教学方式的应用

Encourage Enlightment,Inner Motivation and Innovation:Motivation Teaching Method in Medical Students′ Education

激励教育法是激励理论在教育领域中的运用。本研究根据上述理论,对2010年秋季临床专业学生妇产科教学进行大胆变革,采取重视引导启发,激发学生学习积极性,激励思变创新意识,重视动手实践,培养爱伤观念和良好医德的教学模式,取得良好教学效果。

Motivation teaching method is the practice of motivation theory in education area. This study designed to reform the clinical obstetrics ＆ gynecology teaching methods in 2010 fall semester based on this theory. A very good education effect was achieved after the reform, which consisted of paying attention to enlightment, motivating the study enthusiasm, encouraging creativity consciousness, valuing manipulative ability, bringing up the ideology of caring patients and good medical ethics.
