与英美等教育发达国家相比,我国现行的大学管理模式还存在着一系列问题。解决这些问题需要结合我国国情,明确校方管理层权责,调整学术权和行政权的关系,鼓励大学利益相关者参与大学管理,建立健全相关体制机制,从而创造出新的大学治理模式。

Comparing to some developed western countries especially like Britain and America,there are a lot of problems in the current university governance of our country.The solution to these problems is to according to our national conditions,clear the responsibilities of school management,adjust the relationship between the academic power and executive power,encourage stakeholders to participate in the university management,establish and perfect the relevant system mechanism.Then a new model of university governance will be created.
