摘要 本课题通过调查问卷和访谈,对本科生导师的思想政治教育工作进行了实证研究和分析,阐述了导师在本科生思想政治教育工作中应发挥的作用,分析了本科生导师在思想政治教育工作中的现状,并就如何真正发挥导师在本科生思想政治教育工作中的作用提出了建议。 This issue through questionnaires and interviews,carried out empirical research and analysis with undergraduate mentors ideological and political education work,described in the undergraduate teachereducation should be the ideological and political role,analysis of the undergraduate teacher education in the ideological and political work the status quo,and how to really play on the ideological and political education instructor in the undergraduate work in the role of suggestions.
