摘要
当前,高校就业工作模式多为"学校就业处、科+学院辅导员"模式,按照高校辅导员标准配置要求,一名辅导员负责两百名学生的就业指导、服务工作,精力不够,技巧不足,增加了"优质就业"的难度。在无法短时间增加就业工作人员数量的情况下,只有更加细化就业指导工作、加强就业服务工作,才能真正促进大学生优质就业。
At present,employment patterns and more colleges and universities as "schools,employment offices,science + college counselor" model,in accordance with requirements of standard college counselor,a counselor is responsible for two hundred students in career guidance,services,energy is not enough,lack of skills,increase the "quality jobs" difficulties.Short-term increase in employment can not be the number of staff,only more detailed employment guidance,strengthening employment services,can really help college students' high-quality employment.
