大学生创新能力性别差异比较研究

Comparative Study of Innovation Ability on Gender Differences

本次研究通过问卷方式对大连市内五所高校500名大学生的创新能力进行了调查。研究依据创新意识、创新意志、创新动机、创新技能及创新思维这五个方面对男女大学生创新能力的差异依次进行了比较,并对差异产生的原因提出了假设,对男女大学生如何进行创新能力的培养提出建议。
