摘要
高校教师在我国高等教育中发挥举足轻重的作用,然而在薪酬方面高校教师却并未得到相应的回报。本文首先分析了当前高校薪酬管理的现状,指出了其中存在的缺陷,并结合高校教师的人力资本特征,对传统的高校薪酬管理制度进行了创新。
University teachers play a pivotal role in higher education,however,with regard to remuneration,university teachers have not been reciprocated.This paper analyzes the current status of university compensation management,pointed out the defects which,combined with the human capital characteristics of college teachers,the traditional management system of colleges and universities pay for innovation.
