摘要
教师评价标准是对教师价值要求的体现,但要落实到教师的自主发展中则需一个内在转化的过程。在内化过程中,外在的评价标准要与教师内在需求相联系,共同构建以教师发展为根本的"评价共识";通过研讨性评课的方式,在外部评价指导下,使教师能够自主地构建教学理念,并付诸实践;通过行动研究,教师在应成为行动者的同时也成为评价者;在日常教学行为中,深化和完善自身的教学理念、建构教学行为,形成自主和责任状态的发展主体。
Teacher evaluation criteria reflect the requirements of value for teachers,but teachers should be implemented in an intrinsic need for self-development in the transformation process.Including the process,the external evaluation criteria to be linked with the internal needs of teachers,teacher development together to build the fundamental "consensus evaluation";discussion of observation and evaluation by the way,under the direction of the external evaluation,to enable teachers to self-teaching philosophy to build and put into practice;through action research,teachers should become actors but also as evaluators;behavior in their daily teaching,deepen and improve their own teaching philosophy,constructivist teaching behavior,the formation of state autonomy and responsibility the development of the subject.
