摘要
教师是教育工作的核心资源,当今的教育教学已经把重点转到了对教师的关注上,文章创新专业师资队伍建设校本培养理念,创新师资队伍建设方法,创新专业师资队伍建设策略等三个方面探讨了校本职业技术教育专业师资队伍的建设。
