论我国知识产权法律硕士的培养

On the Talents Training of Juris Master in Intellectual Property Law in China

调研表明,目前我国高校知识产权人才培养存在如下问题:人才培养数量少,教育目标不明晰,师资力量匮乏,理论与实践相脱节等。知识产权法律硕士作为现有知识产权人才培养模式中最有效的模式之一,尚未得到足够的重视。高等院校应大力加强知识产权法律硕士的教育,加速知识产权人才的培养以满足社会需要。

Researches has showed that,at present there are some problems in our colleges and universities intellectual property talents training as follows：less quantity of talents training,less positivism of education destination,less quantity of teaching resources,the disconnection between the theory and the practice and so on.As one of the most effective current modes of talents training,Juris Master in intellectual property law has not got enough attention.Colleges and universities should strengthen their education of intellectual property law,and accelerate the talents training of Juris Master in intellectual property law so as to meet the needs of society.
