在班级管理中实施无为而治的管理之道,简而言之就是努力实行"不管、"不教"、"不言"的"三不"策略。我们要以无为的原则,要以谨慎的管理、谨慎的教育、谨慎的批评和表扬,构建起一种新型和谐的师生关系,营造出一种宽松、民主、和谐、愉快的教育氛围,为学生在最宽松的环境中健康快乐地成长插上一对"隐形的翅膀"!

In class management,implementate the management of governing by doing nothing,in a nutshell is the effort to implement ＂No management＂,＂no religion＂ and ＂no words＂of the ＂three noes＂ policy,we should take the principle of doing nothing,to adopt a cautious management,careful education,careful criticism and praise,build a new harmonious teacherstudent relationship,creating a liberal,democratic,harmonious,pleasant educational environment for students in the most relaxed environment to grow up healthy and happy plug in a pair of ＂invisible Wings＂!
