目前公办幼儿园里存在着一定比例的"非在编人员",她们用工性质的特殊性及与在编人员待遇的差异性在幼儿园是一个比较敏感的问题,随着不同的两种用工性质,人员待遇以及在幼儿园中所处的社会地位也存在较大差异。某种程度上,非在编人员的工作积极性也受到一定程度的制约。作为幼儿园管理者应该如何正确面对这个问题,本文进行了探讨。
