摘要
目前公办幼儿园里存在着一定比例的"非在编人员",她们用工性质的特殊性及与在编人员待遇的差异性在幼儿园是一个比较敏感的问题,随着不同的两种用工性质,人员待遇以及在幼儿园中所处的社会地位也存在较大差异。某种程度上,非在编人员的工作积极性也受到一定程度的制约。作为幼儿园管理者应该如何正确面对这个问题,本文进行了探讨。
At present,there is a certain percentage of "non-permanent staff" in public kindergarten,the special nature of their employment and treatment of persons and differences in kindergarten is a more sensitive issue,two different kinds of employment with the nature of staff treatment and in kindergarten in social status are quite different.To some extent,non-permanent staff enthusiasm for work has also been a certain degree of control.As nursery managers,how to correct this problem,the paper discussed about this.
