The Design of College Grassroots Party Organization System Construction

学院基层党组织是学院的政治核心,加强学院一级基层党组织制度建设是高校党组织制度建设的重要环节。本文提出了以学院党委政治保障制度与监督制度、党员进出制度、组织生活与党员教育制度、党组织建设与管理制度、党员和党组织考评制度等五大制度体系为主要内容的高校基层党组织制度构建的设计思路。
