对于民办高校来说,公文是其在实施行政管理过程所形成的具有法律效力和规范格式的文书。公文的质量,反映着民办高校的工作效率和管理水平。提高民办高校公文质量,应从发文目的、主旨观点、结构内容、语言表述、文种选择等方面着手,以提高学校的工作效率和管理水平。
For private colleges and universities,document is the implementation of the administration process formed by having the force of law and standard format of the instrument.The quality of document reflect the management quality of works of a school.To improve document quality should start with document purpose,main viewpoint,document structure,language expression and type selection so as to improve the work efficiency and management ability of the school.
