It is very important to strengthen the training of college student cadres to improve the talent quality.after summarizing the importance of student cadres and analyzing the current problems on university student cadres training,we put forward the layered model,which made up of three levels,they are universal screening,professional and focal training,interdisciplinary talents training,we also paying much attention to the combination of theory and practice,all of this has a positive guidance and realistic significance on student cadres training under the new situation.
