摘要
本文从转变观念、建立健全学生心理档案、加强队伍建设、倡导朋辈自我教育等方面对高校院系心理健康教育工作提出一些建议和对策,以增强大学生心理健康教育的实效性。
In order to enhance the effectiveness of students＇ mental healh education work,this paper tries to provide some suggestions from changing concepts,establish students＇ mental file,strengthen the building training,promote self-education peers and so on.
