独立学院毕业生就业心理问题探析

Analysis on the Employment Psychological Problems of Graduates in Independent Colleges

在严峻的就业形势下,独立学院毕业生特殊的教育背景导致他们在就业过程中的心理压力越来越大,自卑、焦虑、抑郁和自我认知不够等心理问题直接影响到毕业生的身心健康。本文就独立学院毕业生在求职就业过程中存在的心理问题和解决策略做一些探索性分析。

In the severe employment situation,independent of special education graduates in the employment context made them have increasing pressure in the psychological process,low self-esteem,anxiety,depression and other psychological issues of self-awareness is not enough to directly affect the health of students.This paper does some exploratory analysis on employment psychological problems and solving strategies of independent college graduates in the job search.
