影响辐射小鼠肝脏SOD及MDA活性的孔石莼多糖研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解不同相对分子量段孔石莼多糖对因辐射导致小鼠肝脏SOD及MDA活性含量改变的影响。方法:将通过膜分离纯化得到的三种不同相对分子量段的孔石莼多糖(≧100ku、30~100ku及≦30ku)分别给相应设置的三个实验组小鼠进行灌服,另设辐照对照组和空白对照组;辐照后制备各组动物的肝脏组织匀浆,对其SOD和MDA活性进行测定,并对其结果进行比较。结果:孔石莼多糖对辐射降低SOD活性及提高MDA活性均有一定的抑制作用,其中30~100ku和≦30ku两种相对分子量的孔石莼多糖的抑制作用最为显著,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:相对分子量低的孔石莼多糖对辐射引起小鼠肝脏组织氧化损伤具有一定的抑制作用,由此推断相对较低的分子量段孔石莼多糖具有一定的抗辐射抗氧化作用。 Objective:To explore the role of the different molecular weight polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa and polysaceharide - iron complex on antagonizing the radiation - induced micronuclei formation of mice bone marrow cells. Methods:Three different molecular weight polysaccharides(≥100kDa,30 - 100kDa and = 30kDa)from Ulva pertusa who was isolated by membrane injected mice by gastric perfusion. A positive and a negative groups were set as contrast groups. Preparation the slurry of liver organs after irradiation, the activity of SOD and MDA of the slurry were determined and compared. Results:The polysaccharide of Ulva pertusa could sig- nificantly decrease the SOD" activity and increase the MDA" activity after radiation. Furthermore, the polysaccharide form Ulva pertusa with relative molecular weight of 30 - 100ku and ≤ 30ku have significantly inhibiting effects on the activity of SOD and MDA ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : It is suggested that the polysaccharide form Ulva pertusa with low relative molecular weight have significantly inhibiting effects on the liver organs oxidative damage of mice after radiation, and the polysaccharide form Ulva pertusa with low relative molecular weight have some functions of resisting radiation and antioxidation.
