世界经济环境不断更新变化,企业也需建立财务危机预警机制,有效防范风险。本文论述了财务危机及其相关概念,从影响因素方面分析了引起财务危机的原因,在原因分析的基础之上,提出非财务指标的定性分析和基于财务指标的定量分析相结合的财务危机预警机制的建立。

With the constantly change of the world economic environment,enterprises should set up the system of financial crisis warning mechanism which could prevent the risk effectively.This paper explains the meaning of financial crisis and related ones,at the same time,it analyses the factors leading to the financial crisis.On the basis of these factors,the paper brings up the establishment of financial crisis warning mechanism of the combination of qualitative analysis basing on non-financial indicators and quantitative analysis basing on financial indicators.
