突出就业导向 全力提升学生职业实践能力

Give Prominence to Employment-oriented Direction and Make Great Efforts to Enhance Students' Vocational Practical Ability

职业教育改革的重心在于面向市场,依托行业,服务社会,以就业为导向,全面提升学生的职业实践能力,本着这一立足点,本文拟从高职教育专业教学体系、教学实施条件、教学方法和教学途径等方面探讨对高职教育教学过程进行教学改革,使专业课程教学直接进入生产前沿、教学过程与企业生产过程直接相连,真正实现工作过程职业化,职业过程教学化,全面提升学生的职业素养和职业能力,全力提升学生的职业实践能力。

The occupation education reform is market-oriented,relying on the industry,social service,taking the employment as the guidance,improving the students＇ occupation ability in practice.In this point,this paper discussed the reform on vocational education teaching process from the higher vocational education teaching system,teaching conditions,teaching methods and teaching ways,make teaching directly adapting to the production,and make the teaching process and production process directly linked,truly realize the occupational working process,and make the occupational process teaching,improve the students＇ occupation accomplishment and occupation ability,and enhance the students＇ occupation ability of practice.
