城镇化进程中农民工继续教育的迫切意义

随着我国城镇化的不断推进,经济水平的提高,大批农民工从农村来到城市打工,而这批整体受教育程度低和劳动技能不高的劳动力,在城市的发展的领域日趋变窄,无法满足企业的用工需求,需要对进城后的农民工开展继续教育培训,从文化教育及职业技能方面开展教育培训,提升农民工的人力资本,从而使农民工更好的在城市生活发展。

With the continuous advance of urbanization and high level in China,a large number of migrant workers from rural to urban areas to work,these labor with low educational level and work skills had narrow development in the city,unable to meet the needs of enterprises employment.These migrant workers need to join in the continuing education training,from education and personal skills to carry out education training,and enhance the human capital of migrant workers,so that the migrant workers have a better life in the city development.
