图书馆人力资源的开发与管理直接关系到图书馆的生存与发展。本文从知识管理角度对树立人本管理理念培养复合型馆员,建立激励机制,创建学习型图书馆和职业生涯规划几方面探讨高校图书馆人力资源管理的建设。
Library human resources development and management is directly related to the library's survival and development.This paper explores the establishment of the human resources management of a university library from several aspects of knowledge management,employing people-oriented management concept to cultivate interdisciplinary librarians,building incentive mechanism,setting up a learning library and doing career planning.
