摘要
随着工业生产的发展,气动技术的应用领域也迅速扩大。我系气动实验室采用的FluidSIM-P软件只能对基于继电器的气动自动化控制系统进行仿真测试,而利用组态软件内的元件组成接近实际工业应用的界面,自己编制控制程序,发挥了学生的创造性思维和动手能力,解决了高职院校开设的气动实验课单一、乏味的问题,大大提高了学生的学习兴趣,从而提高教学质量、强化教学效果。
With the development of industrial production,application of pneumatic technology is rapidly expanding.The FluidSIM-P software used by pneumatic laboratory of our department can only conduct pneumatic simulation test of relay-based automatic control system,and the element composition of configuration software is close to the actual interface of industrial applications,prepares control programs by itself,plays students' creative thinking and manipulative ability,addresses the tedious problems of aerodynamic experiment class of vocational colleges,greatly improves students' interest in learning,thereby enhancing the quality of teaching and strengthening the effectiveness of teaching.
