军事信息系统风险控制策略研究

Research on Risk Control Strategies of Military Information Systems

目前,军队信息化建设正在积极开展中,必须针对军事信息系统面临的风险,提出全面有效的风险控制策略,利用相关技术和管理措施消减或化解信息安全风险,将风险控制在一个可接受的范围之内,以保证军事信息系统的安全。文章提出了基于"深度防御"的风险控制模型,并根据军事信息系统各环节主要风险控制需求列出了相应的风险控制措施,为对军事信息系统进行安全风险管理提供了切实可行的解决方案。

At present,the military are actively engaged in information technology,comprehensive and effective risk control strategies should be proposed against the need of military information systems risks,relevant technology and management measures should be used to reduce or resolve information security risks,and risks should be controlled within an acceptable range in order to ensure the security of military information systems.In this paper,a risk control model is proposed based on the ＂defense-in-depth＂,and appropriate risk control measures be listed in accordance with various aspects of military information systems major risk control requirements and risk management provides a practical solution for the security of military information systems.
