老年患者术后发生肺部感染的原因分析及护理对策

Analysis of the Causes of Postoperative Pulmonary Infection in Aged Patients and Nursing Countermeasures

随着人口老年化,老年人手术率呈上升趋势,术后因年老免疫力低下、卧床时间长、胃管置入等原因,致使咳嗽及吞咽发射减弱,容易引起肺部感染,肺部感染严重的影响了疾病的恢复,增加了病人的痛苦。本文回顾性分析自2008年9月—2011年8月在本科收治的256例老年患者术后发生肺部感染的情况,并总结护理对策。

With the population aging,the elderly surgical rate is rising.After the operation,due to the low immunity,long bedridden time,gastric tube insertion and other reasons,coughing and swallowing launch are weakened,so it easily lead to lung infections.The lung infections seriously affect recovery of the disease and increase the patient＇s pain.This paper made retrospective analysis on the situation of postoperative pulmonary infection of 256 elderly patients since the September 2008 to August 2011 and summed up the nursing countermeasures.
