摘要
文章就邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)生产废水在生化污水处理中的DIBP含量,采用溶剂萃取和气相色谱检测方法进行研究,与环境检测标准HJ/T 72-2001[1]不同,该方法通过溶剂萃取,然后毛细管柱气相色谱法进行分析,相对标准偏差<3%,有较好的精密度,在水中DIBP含量0.02ppm至10ppm间有良好的线性,相关系数r为0.9851,能够满足废水生化处理监控检测的要求[2],具有简单快速、经济和实用性。
This article researched the solvent extraction and gas chromatography methods of the biological treatment in production of Diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP).The method is different from the environmental testing standards HJ/T 72-2001 [1] and it is by extracted the solvent,and then analyses the sample by capillary column gas chromatography.The relative standard deviation is less-than 3% and the correlation coefficent is r=0.9851.It has a good precision,a good linear in the content of DIBP in the water between 0.02ppm and 10ppm.It can match the requirements of the monitoring detection in Biological Treatment of the Wastewater[2].This method is simple but rapid,economic but practical.
