摘要
文章对科技创新型城市的内涵进行界定,从科技创新投入产出的角度构建其评价指标体系;并利用因子分析法建立其创新能力评价模型,提出"城市科技创新能力指数"来评价城市的创新能力;选取北京、上海、天津等7个城市对其创新能力进行评价。
The paper defines the connotation of innovative city of science and technology,and builds the evaluating indicator from technical innovation input and output.It builds the model of evaluation on innovation ability by the factor analysis theory,and puts forward ＂technology innovation ability index of city＂ to evaluate the ability of innovative city,selects 7 cities including Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and evaluates the innovative ability of them.
