摘要
目的:探讨气象因素与顺义区居民心脑血管疾病发病的关系。方法:调查1993年1月1日至1997年12月31日5年内在顺义区医院住院的心脑血管疾病病例,并搜集同期顺义区的日气象资料。使用FOXBASE建立数据库,采用SPSS7.5统计软件进行冠心病等四个病种的发病与气象条件的单因素相关及多元逐步回归分析。结果:冠心病的发病与日平均气温呈线性负相关(-0.076),与气压呈正相关(0.088);日增压幅度大于等于5mmHg时,心肌梗塞的发病(加重)危险性增加(P=0.011);日降压幅度大于等于5mmHg时脑出血发病的危险因素增加(P=0.020);脑血栓发病与气压呈双向变化,低气压和高气压天气均为脑血栓发病的危险因素。结论:气象因素与心脑血管疾病的发病有关。
Objective:In order to explore the relationship between meteorological factors and cardio cerebral vascular diseases.Methods:All the patients who had admitted as cardio cerebral vascular diseases in Shunyi hospital from 1993 to 1997 were collec ted. Four kinds of disease which were coronary heart disease(CHD),myocardial infarction,cerebral embolism and cerebral hemorrhage were investigated.All questions related to the disease incidence were relied on the records of patients.Nine daily meteorological factors for each year were obtained from local weather station.Data were analyzed by chi square test,correlation analysis and multiple regression model.Results:Single factor correlation analysis showed that daily temperature was negative correlation with CHD( r=-0 076,P=0 011) and atmospheric pressure was positively correlated with it ( r=0 088,P<0 01) .Multiple regression analysis showed that the incidence of CHD was associated with atmospheric pressure and wind speed (enter P=0.05 remove P=0 1) .The risk of myocardial infarction was increased when the amplitude of daily pressure raised larger than 5 mmHg( P=0.02) ;on the contrary,the risk of cerebral hemorrhage was increased when amplitude of daily atmospheric pressure reduce larger than 5 mmHg( P =0.011);Different from them,either the high atmospheric pressure or the low atmospheric pressure was the risk factor of cerebral vascular infarction.Conclusion:The incidence of cordial cerebral vascular diseases were related to the meteorological factors.High atmospheric pressure,high wind speed and low temperature were risk factors to CHD.Daily change of atmospheric pressure affected the incidence of cerebral vascular disease.
