摘要 分析全球化趋势与跨国公司战略嬗变,探索中国汽车产业升级模式。通过比较合资模式与自主模式不同升级路径的优劣,提出我国汽车产业外资战略转型的构想。 By analyzing the trend of globalization and changes of multinational corporations＇ strategy, the upgrade between joint venture -mode of automotive industry in China is explored. By comparing the difference mode and autonomous mode, restructuring of foreign strategy of China automotive industry is proposed.
