摘要
结合自主品牌电动车研发实例,阐述了新能源汽车研发中的难点,提出为满足新能源汽车市场的需求,基于项目管理角度应从整车开发流程、同步开发、系统集成、虚拟分析等方面提升自主品牌开发能力。
Combined with example of own-brand hybrid vehicle development, difficulties of new energy vehicle development are presented. And it is suggested to improve new brand R&D ability from vehicle development process, simultaneous engineering, system integration, virtual analysis based on program management in order to meet new energy vehicle marketing requirement.
