摘要
目的:对比观察POCT血糖仪与生化分析仪对血糖检测结果的影响。方法:利用3台同一型号的POCT血糖仪测定同一标本,同时用卫生部POCT血糖室间质评标本,比较雅培C-8000型全自动生化分析仪和POCT血糖仪的测定结果。结果:POCT血糖仪与雅培C-8000型全自动生化分析仪测定结果高度相关(P>0.05)。结论:POCT血糖仪测定血糖方便快捷,可以作为急诊、快速筛查时的检查方法在临床运用。
Objective：To observe effects of POCT blood glucose monitor and biochemical analyzer for blood glucose detection result influence.Methods：using three same type POCT blood glucose determination of the same specimen,at the same time with the Ministry of health POCT glucose in external quality assessment of specimens,compared with C-8000 type full automatic biochemical analyzer and POCT blood glucose meter measurement results.Results：POCT blood glucose meter and C-8000 type full automatic biochemical analyzer determination results were highly correlated（P0.05）.Conclusion：POCT blood glucose meter measuring blood glucose is convenient,can beused as emergency,rapid screening examination method in clinical application.
