肩锁关节脱位的超声诊断价值探讨

摘要 目的:探讨超声对肩锁关节脱位的诊断价值。方法:应用超声对临床证实的肩锁关节脱位15例行双侧对比检查,观察肩锁韧带、喙锁韧带的连续性,肩锁间隙及喙锁间隙有无增宽,并与X线前后位平片检查结果对比。结果:15例中,Ⅰ型2例,Ⅱ型8例,Ⅲ型5例。超声诊断正确14例,诊断率93%。X线诊断正确12例,诊断率80%。结论:通过对肩锁、喙锁韧带及软组织损伤的观察,超声能够较准确的对肩锁关节损伤分类。 Objective:To evalute the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acromioclavicular joint(ACJ)dislocation.Methods:The subjects were 15 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation,each had bilateral ultrasonography of the shoulder.To observe the intact of acromioclavicular ligament(ACL)and coracoclavicular ligament(CCL)and the increase of AC and CC widths.The results from sonography were compared with radiography in the A-P projection.Results:AC joint dislocation of typeⅠin 2,typeⅡin 8 and type Ⅲ in 5 of 15 patients.Ultrasonography correctly identified all 14 ACJ dislocations,diagnostic rate 93% and X-ray diagnosised12 patients,diagnostic rate 80%.Conclusions:Ultrasonography is a more accurate method in distinguisheding between the various grades of injury through observing the morphology of acromioclavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament.
