核素心血池对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者右心功能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者稳定期右心功能的改变。方法:采用多门电路血池平衡法核素心血管造影技术对不同损伤程度的COPD患者右心室收缩功能和舒张功能进行综合评价。结果:右心室射血分数(RVEF)、高峰射血率(PER)、收缩期前1/3 射血分数(1/3EF)、1/3 射血率(1/3ER)、舒张末期到收缩末期的时间(TES)、高峰充盈率(PFR)、前1/3 充盈分数(1/3FF)、前1/3 充盈率(1/3FR)在不同损伤程度的COPD患者组间均无明显差异。结论:不同损伤程度的COPD患者在稳定期的右心功能处于相对平稳状态。 Objective:To study the function of the right heart in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stationary phase.Methods:In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,right heart contraction and diastolic function were studied using cardiac bloodpool scanning.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in right cardiac contraction and diastolic functions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in various degrees of demage compared with those in normal control group.Also right ventricle ejection fraction (RVEF),peak ejection rate (PER),ejection fraction at one third of time between enddiastole and endsystole(TES) from enddiastole (1/3 EF),ejection rate at on third of TES from enddiastole (1/3 ER),TES,peak filling rate(PFR),filling fraction at 1/3(TTES) from endsystole ( 1/3 FF ) and filling rate at 1/3(TTES) from endsystole(1/3FR) showed no difference between patients and normal person.Conclusions:There is no significant difference in right heart function between patients with chronic obstrucative pulmonary disease in the stationary phase and healthy subjects.
