摘要
作者采用犬冠状动脉灌流的方法 ,以犬颈动脉插管取血 ,经恒流泵从左旋支或前降支主干插管灌入 ,利用恒流泵来控制冠脉流量 ,实现不同程度心肌缺血的实验模型。经测定犬的主动脉压力与左旋支主干压力基本一致(t检验无显著差异 ) ,且主动脉压力较左旋支分支压力高出 1.30 k Pa,因此知道了正常主动脉压力 ,即可确定正常的冠脉压力或冠脉分支小动脉压力 ,同时又可确定正常的冠状动脉血流量。此方法不影响正常状态下的心脏功能 ,用恒流泵的控制旋扭按要求增加或减少灌流量 ,从而建立不同程度的心肌缺血模型。本实验方法不仅成本低 ,而且减少了中间环节 ,使实验的稳定性和准确性都有较大提高 ,并可进行定量分析。
A new in vivo coronary artery quantitative ischemia model in dogs was performed by using the method of intracoronary artery perfusion which was controlled by the constant flow pump.We measured the pressure of aortic artery and the main branch of left circumflex coronary artery by inserting two catheters in cervical artery and the small branch of left circumflex coronary artery respectively. There were no significant difference between them, the pressure of aortic artery was 1.3 kPa higher than that of normal left circumflex, so the normal perfusion pressure of coronary artery was determined by the pressure of aortic artery, and the blood flow of the normal coronary artery can also be determined. Normal cardiac function was not affected, the quantitative myocardial ischemia was controlled by the constant flow pump. This method was simple and inexpensive, the accuracy and stability was improved and quantitative analysis was available.
