小儿止泻膏急性毒性及皮肤刺激性试验

Experiment on acute toxicity and skin-stimulation of Pediatric Anti-diarrhea Ointment

目的:观察大鼠完整皮肤一次性接触小儿止泻膏后在短期内出现的急性毒性反应及皮肤多次用药的刺激性反应。方法:按照现行《中药、天然药物急性毒性研究技术指导原则》及《中药、天然药物刺激性和溶血性研究的技术指导原则》的相关要求及中药新药毒理学研究技术要求进行相关试验。结果:大鼠完整皮肤一次性接触小儿止泻膏后,未发现明显急性毒性,皮肤多次用药无刺激性反应。结论:在本试验条件下小儿止泻膏皮肤用药无明显副作用。

Objective：To observe the acute toxicity and irritant reaction occurred in complete skin of rat after applying Pediatric Anti-diarrhea Ointment once and several times.Methods：The experiments were carried out according to related request of current Technical Guiding Principles of Acute Toxicity Experiment Research of Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicine and Technical Guiding Principles of Stimulation and Hemolysis of Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicine and technique of toxicology study of new drug of traditional Chinese medicine.Results：No obvious acute toxicity and stimulus reaction occurred in complete skin of rat after Pediatric Anti-diarrhea Ointment being applied once and several times.Conclusion：Pediatric Anti-diarrhea Ointment has no obvious side effect under the experimental conditions.
