摘要 城市隧道工程具有工程地质条件差、地面建筑结构变形影响敏感、地下管网错综复杂、管理难度大、潜在风险因素多等特点,极易引起塌方、地面沉陷、上部建筑结构开裂乃至倒塌等工程事故,施工风险大,需要进行专业风险评估分析.通过建立城市隧道施工力学模型,设计正交仿真试验方案,计算隧道施工地表沉降值,并采用层次分析理论计算隧道施工各因素水平对风险综合指标的影响权重,在此基础上针对胶州湾隧道接线工程,给出不同工况下隧道施工风险指数值及风险等级.工程实践表明,该风险评估方法对隧道施工风险管理具有重要的理论指导意义和实践应用价值. Urban tunnel engineering has the characteristics including poor engineering geological condition,sensitive to displacement transformation of ground building structure,complicated underground pipeline network,complex construction managements,high degree of difficulties,and more potential risk factors,which are so easy to cause collapses,ground-surface settlements,cracks on upper building structure,and the collapse engineering accidents so that it a risk management analysis.By building the urban tunnel construction mechanical model and designing the orthogonal simulating test scheme,the ground settlement value of tunnel construction is calculated by using the orthogonal simulating test hierarchy theory,the influence weight of complex risk index at every factor level in tunnel construction is calculated.The tunnel construction risk value and the risk ranking of each working condition combined with Jiaozhou Bay sub-sea tunnel are obtained.
