摘要
失火诊断是发动机在线故障诊断系统的重要内容,基于曲轴转速波动进行失火诊断是目前的常用方法。针对发动机多缸随机失火,在奇瑞477F汽油机上进行试验研究,提出了采用时域滑动平均方法修正的失火诊断算法。试验证明,该算法不需要进行断油自学习修正和供油自学习修正即可准确检测多缸随机失火。
It is very important to diagnose misfire for on-board engine diagnosis system and the com- mon used method is the misfire detection based on crankshaft Speed fluctuation. The multi-cylinder random misfire recognizing method in model Chery 447F engine was studied, and the engine misfire detection method of time domain moving average modification was presented. Experiments verify that the method can recognize multi-cylinder random misfires accurately, not needing fuel-cut self-learningand fuel-on self-learning modifi- cations.
