摘要
目的:探讨优甲乐治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效。方法:收治甲状腺瘤患者16例,口服优甲乐50g/日,1次/日,6周1个疗程。结果:经过6周治疗后,16例患者中,显效6例,显效率37.5%;有效9例,有效率56.25%;无效1例,无效率6.25%,总有效率93.75%。治疗前瘤体大小0.6～86.6cm3,平均12.4cm3。治疗后瘤体大小0～41.2cm3,平均5.6cm3。结论:本组16例患者经过6周治疗后,总有效率93.75%,临床疗效较为满意。
Objective：To investigate the treatment of thyroid tumors euthyrox clinical efficacy. Methods： The hospital in November 2010 - May 2011 treatment of 16 cases of thyroid tumors,oral euthyrox 50g. d - 1, day 1,6 - week course of treatment.
